Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support HTA and market access activities for Germany. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with strong programming skills in SAS and R.

You will develop German AMNOG dossiers, perform analyses of clinical trial data, and contribute to automated workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons; support interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team.
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outputs.
Monitor IQWiG, IQWiG, G-BA methodology developments.
