Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain seeks an HTA programmer with strong SAS & R to support German AMNOG dossiers. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with clinical evidence to reimbursement decision making and market access, focusing on statistical programming.

Working in a hybrid setup, you will develop analyses for Module 4, collaborate with Market Access and HEOR teams, and ensure rigorous, reproducible workflows while leveraging CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistics.
Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy and safety.
Conduct meta-analyses and indirect comparisons, support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from HTA bodies.
