Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities for Germany. The role is Spain-based with remote/hybrid options and focuses on statistical programming and data analysis.

The ideal candidate is a biostatistician or data scientist with >2 years in SAS programming, CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and a strong track record in clinical data analysis. English and German fluency is required.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM data standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and HTA bodies.
