IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based remote/hybrid role in Madrid. The position focuses on statistical programming to support health technology assessment and market access in Germany, with candidates from biostatistics or data science backgrounds.

The role involves developing AMNOG dossiers, analyzing clinical data, and collaborating with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams to ensure robust, reproducible analyses and outputs.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Knowledge of German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, patient-relevant endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
