Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Europe. You will develop German AMNOG dossiers, perform statistical analyses for Module 4, and contribute to automation of analysis workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s/PhD in biostatistics or data science, has HTA/AMNOG exposure, strong SAS and R skills, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
