Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities from Spain. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG modules, analysis of clinical trial data, and cross-functional collaboration within Market Access, HEOR and EU-HTA teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or related field, hands-on HTA/AMNOG experience, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience HTA/ AMNOG/ HEOR or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and SDTM/ADaM standards.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on programming analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
