We seek a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support AMNOG dossiers and market access activities in Germany, ideally suited for biostatisticians or data scientists with strong programming skills.

The role emphasizes statistical programming, cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, HEOR and EU-HTA teams, and staying updated on IQWiG/G-BA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) and/or clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM and German AMNOG process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA, and related HTA bodies.
