Job summary

IQVIA seeks a highly capable Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with substantial statistical programming experience for German AMNOG analyses.

You will contribute to Module 4 analyses, perform clinical data analyses, and help automate workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, audit-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Background in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or clinical development
• Strong understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process/IQWiG/G-BA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers focusing on Module 4 analyses
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy and safety
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons
• Automate analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs teams
• Ensure scientific quality and clear interpretation of outputs
• Monitor IQWiG, G-BA methodologies and developments
