Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment (HTA) and market access activities in a Spain-based, remote/hybrid role. The ideal candidate is a biostatistician or data scientist with strong statistical programming skills and experience in CDISC SDTM/ADaM.

Responsibilities include developing German AMNOG analyses, conducting meta-analyses, and automating workflows while collaborating with cross-functional EU-HTA teams.

Qualifications

• HTA/AMNOG/HEOR/Market Access exposure preferred.
• Clinical study design, endpoints, and stats principles understood.
• CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with programming analyses.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy and safety endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons.
• Automate analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outputs.
• Stay updated on IQWiG, G‑BA procedures and related methods.
