Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities for Germany. This role is ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions.

You will perform statistical programming, develop analyses for Module 4, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent German and English are required; remote/hybrid work options are available in Spain.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Knowledge of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistics.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
Advantage: familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G-BA procedures.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
