Fever is hiring a Health & Safety Specialist in Madrid to manage H&S and Environmental risks across our global events and internal teams. You will implement systems, assess venues, and ensure compliance while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain a safe workplace.

We value a proactive, curious learner with at least 2 years in a similar role, fluent English and Spanish, and willingness to travel to Fever markets as needed.

Formación

• Spain Occupational Risk Prevention Technician certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in health and safety roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement H&S and Environmental management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments of workspaces and venues.
• Review contracts with external H&S providers and ensure ISO/compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to promote safe operations.
• Support and report to the Health & Safety Manager, including site visits.
