Vibracoustic Cascante S.A.U. seeks a dedicated HSE professional to lead health, safety and environmental activities on site. You will assess risks, coordinate prevention services, and manage health surveillance while aligning with external providers and subcontractors.

The role requires a chemical/engineering background with a Master in Prevention of Labor Risks, and you will drive audits, develop procedures, and train staff to uphold high safety standards at the Cascante site.

Formación

• Chemical/Engineering degree complemented with Master in Prevention of Labor Risks.
• Alternative: extensive experience or training in prevention of labor risks if minimum qualification is not met.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out risk assessments and implement modifications as needed.
• Coordinate work with Prevention Service (PREVENNA SPA).
• Plan preventive activities in coordination with external service.
• Manage health surveillance of workers.
• Coordinate preventive activity with subcontractors.
• Coordinate internal and external HSE safety audits monthly.
• Communicate and implement corrective and preventive actions from audits.
• Prepare procedures, instructions and formats within HSE.
