B-HIVE in Sevilla is seeking an EHS Supervisor to oversee safety on a cement plant site, reporting to an EHS manager. You will coordinate works permits, supervise heavy lifting and high works, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You must be a Spanish citizen with fluency in Spanish and English, and have an EHS diploma (civil works engineering preferred). The role is on-site with active safety leadership expectations.

Formación

• Must hold a university-certified EHS diploma.
• Experience leading teams on civil works projects.
• Spanish citizenship and fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage works permits and ensure compliance for on-site activities.
• Supervise heavy lifting and high-risk works safely.
• Lead and coordinate a on-site team and subcontractors during operations.
• Report to EHS manager and maintain safety records on site.
