Allianz Technology Internship in Barcelona welcomes motivated students to join the IF&IS Governance Team for a 6-month internship, supporting contract governance, risk and compliance activities in an international environment. You will gain mentoring from experienced colleagues, with hands-on experience in information security, data protection and audit support, while working within a global insurer.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced skills in MS Office and SharePoint
• Experience in working with international projects/teams.
• Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated mindset.
• High degree of commitment and enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in AI, Compliance Standards, Risk management and audit is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the IF&IS IT Governance Team with contract governance activities (compliance and governance tasks like updating the contract inventory).
• Maintain and create Outsourcing Compliance trackers; support evaluation of supplier documents with respect to information security, data protection and risk reporting obligations.
• Assist with risk management activities, including audit preparations and gathering evidences for tested controls for IF&IS.
• Update Knowledge base for Governance AI agent.

Allianz Technology Infrastructure and Information Security (IF&IS) is responsible for delivering customized, stable IT Security and IT Infrastructure services to the Allianz Group. We deliver global, shared services, as well as customized regional services to create the future workplace for all Allianz employees. The IF&IS Governance Team, as part of the Infrastructure and Security Services in Allianz Technology is the team who is in charge of maintaining compliance of the outsourcing contracts for the different Allianz Entities.

You will have the opportunity to join this international team located in Barcelona and support the team in their day-to-day. We offer you an opportunity to gain professional experience in international IT delivery center in one of the biggest insurance companies. We will provide you continues mentoring and guidance form more experienced colleagues to foster your professional growth.

What You Do

• Assist the IF&IS IT Governance Team with various activities related with Contract Governance (compliance and governance activities such as updating and complete the IF&IS contract inventory.
• Maintain and create Outsourcing Compliance trackers, support with the evaluation supplier document with respect to information security, data protection and risk reporting obligations).
• Assist the IF&IS IT Governance Team with various activities related with Risk management, including audit preparations and audit support of getting evidences for tested controls for IF&IS.
• Update Knowledge base for Governance AI agent.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics. You are at the last year of your studies.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced skills in MS Office and SharePoint
• Experience in working with international projects/teams. You can start immediately.
• Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated mindset.
• High degree of commitment and enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in AI, Compliance Standards, Risk management and audit is a plus.
