Powens Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to be the dedicated people partner for our Tech, Product and Security teams (about 60 people across Barcelona and Paris). You will collaborate with the CPTO, CISO, and engineering managers to grow, retain and enable high performance.

You will focus on onboarding, check-ins, development plans, internal mobility and the overall employee journey, reporting to the CHRO as part of a five-person HR team across France and Spain.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as an HRBP or similar people-partnering role, ideally in a tech scale-up or fintech.
• Knowledge of tech teams: career expectations, market, retention drivers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. (French is a plus)

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding journeys for new joiners in scope.
• Run regular check-ins and track trial outcomes.
• Develop career paths and training plans for tech, product and security teams.
• Lead performance reviews, promotions, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with managers and HR across France and Spain to execute HR projects.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and confidential handling of sensitive information.
