Your Role

As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of a key operational area within our production and logistics flow. You will lead teams on the ground, optimize processes, and ensure daily performance in terms of quality, safety, productivity, and reliability.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations, people, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operational Performance: Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (OEE, productivity, accuracy, breakage rates). Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement actions.
• Process & Equipment Reliability: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of processes, equipment, and infrastructure. Work closely with maintenance teams to anticipate and resolve technical issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams. Ensure proper staffing, onboarding, training, and performance follow-up.
• Daily Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements. Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure packaging and operational activities comply with quality standards, hygiene rules, and safety regulations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Support teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end flow.
• Data & Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyse workforce and productivity data. Use data to support continuous improvement and contribute to payroll accuracy.

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Organization Engineering, and have at least three years of experience in a production, packaging, or logistics environment with direct team management responsibilities.

You are a hands‑on leader with a strong understanding of operational KPIs and continuous improvement practices. Organized, analytical, and solution‑oriented, you communicate clearly and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

You are proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced industrial environments where people and performance go hand in hand.
