Qualifications

• Tech-savvy profile with advanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools; Power BI knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Labour Relations documentation and management, including labour regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for trainee positions and onboarding.
• Contribute to HR analytics, reporting, dashboards and KPI development, and support digitalisation of HR processes.
