Air Liquide España, S.A. is seeking a highly motivated VIE HR Project Manager to support its HR department in a global IT environment. You will contribute to HR projects, analyze data, and help drive digital transformation across regions.

The role requires a Master's in HR/Business/PM, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English, with French as a strong asset. You will collaborate with diverse teams and support policy development and reporting initiatives.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in HR, business, PM, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects.
• Collect and interpret HR data to identify trends and generate reports.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions to deliver projects.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for HR initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR information systems with data accuracy.
