Air Liquide España, S.A. is seeking a highly motivated VIE HR Project Manager to support its HR department in Madrid. You will contribute to HR projects, collect and analyze data, and help transform HR processes in a global IT context.

The role requires a Master’s degree in HR or related field, strong Excel analytics, and excellent English communication; French is a plus. The position emphasizes teamwork in a multicultural environment and offers strong development opportunities.

Formación

• Master's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Prior internship or professional experience in HR or PM is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools, preferably Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French language is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, be proactive, and work in a multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects within a global IT environment.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to produce insights for leadership.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for HR initiatives; support process improvements.
• Maintain HR information systems and provide admin support as needed.
