Air Liquide Spain is seeking an HR Project Manager (VIE) to support its HR department in a global IT environment, driving HR projects across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management and digital transformation.

You will collect and analyze HR data, develop policy proposals, collaborate with stakeholders across regions, prepare presentations, and help optimize HR processes while maintaining data integrity in HR information systems.

Formación

• Master's degree in HR/Business/PM or related field.
• Internship or professional experience in HR or project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient Excel usage.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR projects across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management and digital transformation.
• Collect, analyze and interpret HR data; generate reports and provide insights to HR leadership.
• Develop and implement new HR policies, procedures and tools; collaborate with stakeholders globally.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for HR initiatives; support HR process optimization.
• Maintain HR information systems and data integrity; provide administrative support as needed.
