About this role
As part of the Global People Services organisation, the EMEA Regional Hub plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services that support PageGroup's Europe, Middle East & Africa region. As a Global People Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes across multiple markets. You will support the day-to-day execution of local legal-specific activities, contribute to new global ways of working, and help ensure a positive and seamless experience for our employees, managers and leaders. You'll play an important role in the go-live of MyPeopleHub and the new global processes for the EMEA region, supporting the transition and embedding new ways of working.
You will:
- Be part of the EMEA Regional Hub team, delivering high quality processes in line with specific local policies, procedures, and service expectations.
- Support the Global Hub in the delivery of the standardised Joiner-Mover-Leaver activities, including system data entry and updates in MyPeopleHub, HR documentation preparation and management, and coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Payroll) where required.
- Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating issues where appropriate in line with defined procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Global Hub in Kuala Lumpur, and Americas Regional Hub in Buenos Aires, to ensure smooth lifecycle handovers and a consistent employee experience.
- Support the implementation of new global processes and ways of working, providing feedback and raising issues or improvement opportunities as identified.
- Build working knowledge and expertise of local employment practices and statutory requirements in supported markets, applying this knowledge to daily operational activities.
Scope of the EMEA Regional Hub responsibilities (covering 18 EMEA markets):
The Regional Hub delivers localised processes requiring market-specific knowledge. As a Specialist, you will support the delivery of these activities as assigned. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide first-line support to employees and managers on queries, including support in local languages where required.
- Administer market-specific statutory onboarding requirements, including right-to-work checks, tax registration, benefits setup, and other local onboarding activities.
- Delivery of market-specific statutory and operational requirements related to employee movements, including changes impacting tax, payroll, benefits eligibility, cost centres, legal entities, or employment terms.
- Delivery of market-specific statutory offboarding requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed, approved, and stored in MyPeopleHub in line with policy and audit standards.
- Support market-specific payroll-related processes, liaising with local Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Review and processing of local leave-related changes, including validation of entitlements and manual calculations where required.
- Provide operational support for Compensation and Performance cycles, including Annual Salary Reviews (ASR) and Performance Management activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
- Support benefits administration for joiners, movers and leavers, including enrolment of employees and their dependents, coordination with vendors to ensure timely coverage activation, and accurate billing setup.
- Support Delivery Leads with assigned tasks, special initiatives, and additional operational responsibilities as required.
