Temporing Barcelona is seeking an HR Operations professional (Payroll & Social Security) for a leading pharmaceutical company in Sant Joan Despí.

You will manage payroll and social security, learning and training processes, prepare stakeholder reports, handle purchasing orders and invoicing, and lead HR projects in cross-functional teams. Working hours are 8:00–17:00, Monday to Thursday with an intensive Friday.

Formación

• Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
• Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
• In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, proactive planning and diplomacy.
• High discretion handling confidential information and professionalism with senior professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Payroll and Social Security processes.
• Manage Learning and Training processes.
• Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
• Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals.
• Lead HR projects and collaborate in cross-functional projects as HR representative.
