You will provide hands-on support in HR matters, focusing on employee relations across Iberia. Applicants should have at least 5 years of HR experience, be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess strong knowledge of Spanish labour law. Formación

• Minimum of five years’ experience in an HR Operations or equivalent generalist role.
• Proven experience managing employee relations in complex environments.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with managers.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR function and business leaders across Iberia.
• Manage employee relations cases including performance management and conflict situations.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal procedures.

Fluent in Spanish
