Publicis Groupe España is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support Iberia compensation and benefits activities. You will analyze data, administer processes and coordinate with HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure consistent application of policies.

The role requires 2–3 years of C&B experience, autonomy, and the ability to produce accurate analyses while escalating issues as needed.

Formación

• 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits or related HR role with exposure to compensation processes.
• Experience with compensation data, reporting, salary benchmarking, ranges or recurring cycles.
• Experience handling HR data and confidential employee information.

Responsabilidades

• Execute compensation cycles and individual requests.
• Assist salary review, promotion and bonus processes across Iberia per calendar and governance.
• Elevate policy exceptions to the C&B Manager for review.
• Maintain documentation, trackers and audit trails.
