ARCHIMED in Lyon, France invites a motivated HR intern to join its global team for a six-month program starting January 2027. You will work with colleagues across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo on onboarding, training, and performance initiatives.

This role offers hands-on experience in a leading healthcare-focused investment firm, with mentorship from an experienced HR team and opportunities to contribute to ARCHIMED Academy and global training projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR/business/psychology or related).
• Strong interest in HR, talent development, and organizational processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support performance review processes and materials.
• Contribute to ARCHIMED ACADEMY training content and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates.
• Prepare HR presentations and materials.
• Assist HR documentation and onboarding, training, and performance processes.
• Provide ad hoc HR admin support.

The Team

• An international team (with more than40nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors

• Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i,Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings,capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik,Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)

Your Role

Location: Lyon, France
Duration: 6 months
Start Date : January 2027

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, etc)
• Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY : content creation for trainings and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates
• Helping prepare presentations and HR materials
• Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process)
• Ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions

Profile & Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field)
• Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements
• High attention to detail and rigor in execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment)
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), some knowledge on content creation is plus
