ALG is a leading global consultancy in the transport sector seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the Training & Development team in Madrid. You will support key talent initiatives, coordinate learning programs, and help deliver engaging employee experiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, manage talent reviews and promotions, and assist with workforce planning and staffing. Fluency in Spanish and English and advanced Excel are required.

Formación

• Must have Psychology or Business Administration background.
• Fluency in Spanish (native) and English required for communication with global teams.
• Advanced Excel skills to support reporting and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance, talent reviews and promotions.
• Coordinate workforce planning, staffing, and availability across the organization.
• Support employee engagement and internal events.

Your role

As a Human Resources Intern within the Training & Development team, you will support key talent and people initiatives by:

• Identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives.
• Monitoring employee performance, talent reviews, and promotion processes.
• Coordinating workforce planning, employee availability, and staffing needs across the organization.
• Supporting employee experience initiatives through engagement activities and internal events.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduated from Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Postgraduate qualification in HR will be valuable.
• Native Spanish and fluency in verbal and written communication in English is required.
• Advanced Excel level.
• Proactive team player with excellent organization skills.
