papernest is seeking an HR Intern (6-month) in Barcelona to support the HR team as a local point of contact for employees and to participate in HR projects. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and data management, with exposure to payroll questions and compliance tasks.

You will contribute to transversal HR projects, support managers on policy application, and help enhance the intern experience in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Formación

• Currently studying HR / Psychology / Administration / Management.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish a plus.
• Motivated, organized, rigorous, dynamic and proactive.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• HR Administration: manage onboarding, offboarding, employee files, absences and data.
• Employee Management: be a local contact for employees on questions re: absences, payroll, etc.
