papernest is seeking an HR Intern (6-month) in Barcelona to support the HR team as a local point of contact for employees and to participate in HR projects. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and data management, with exposure to payroll questions and compliance tasks.
You will contribute to transversal HR projects, support managers on policy application, and help enhance the intern experience in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

In this context of high-growth, we are looking for an HR Intern (6-month internship) starting in January. You will be part of the HR Team of Barcelona and your role will consist in being the warrant of HR processes, act as a point of contact for employees and participate in various HR projects.
