Adamed Pharma is seeking an HR Graduate to join the People & Culture team. You will support day-to-day HR operations, employee administration and learning activities while gaining broad exposure to key HR processes and developing your professional skills.

You will handle HR documentation, coordinate training, and act as a first point of contact for employees, contributing to performance reviews and surveys as part of a thriving HR function.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and operational support across HR processes.
• Prepare and update HR documentation, reports, presentations and templates.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with internal requirements.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR queries.
• Support communication of HR initiatives and employee information.
• Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling, logistics and maintaining training records.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of annual training plans.
• Participate in key HR processes, including performance reviews, employee surveys, training planning and other People & Culture initiatives.
