Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This contract role seeks a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training, fully remote from Oct 23 to Nov 19, 21 hours per week, at $60/hour.

Responsibilities include training and evaluating AI agents on real HR tasks, building virtual workspaces, writing prompts and grading rubrics for HR practices in Spain, and collaborating with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.

Position: Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish .
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain .
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores , collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
