Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Consultant for a fully remote assignment in Spain. You will train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks, build HR environments, and craft prompts and rubrics aligned with Spanish payroll and labor norms.

The contract runs Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a 21-hour weekly commitment and compensation up to $60 per hour. Fluent Spanish and a top Spanish university degree are required, with strong HR business partnering experience.

• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and payroll.
