Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for a fully remote AI training project. The contract runs Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a commitment of 21 hours per week and compensation up to $60/hour.

The hired consultant will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, build realistic HR environments, and write Spanish HR prompts and rubrics. Fluency in Spanish and 5+ years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
