Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) to support AI training projects. This fully remote contract role demands deep HR experience and fluent Spanish.

You will train AI agents on HR tasks, design rubrics, and collaborate with AI research teams. The position runs Oct 23 to Nov 19 with 21 hours per week.

Remote work from Spain is acceptable; a flexible schedule and independent work style are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
