NaviLens is a technology company redefining accessibility. We are seeking an HR Generalist (People & Operations) to own payroll, contracts, and recruiting while helping build scalable people practices for our growing international team.

In this role you will streamline payroll processes, oversee contract lifecycle, ensure legal compliance, and drive an engaging employee experience in a fast‑moving, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration and coordination of monthly payroll cycle.
• Labour administration including registrations, social security, and compliance.
• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboarding and offboarding coordination with managers and IT.
• People & culture initiatives: performance reviews, development plans, engagement, and internal comms.
• Maintain HR records and document HR policies and processes.
• Support employer branding and multi-country recruitment efforts.
