JD.com in Madrid is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support logistics and warehouse operations across Southern Europe. You will collaborate with regional leaders to shape people strategies and drive performance, talent development, and organizational change.

The role requires fluent English, plus Italian and/or Spanish, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of European employment regulations.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in logistics/supply chain.
  • Fluent in English; Italian and/or Spanish preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian and Spanish labor laws.
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Ability to navigate a global corporate structure and manage stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of EU labor directives.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with logistics leadership to align HR priorities with business goals.
  • Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews and leadership development.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for logistics and warehousing in Southern Europe.
  • Manage employee relations ensuring compliance with Italian and Spanish labor laws.
  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies under applicable laws.
  • Use HR data to improve programs and processes.
  • Promote DEI and cultivate an inclusive culture.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD's staffing needs in logistics and warehouse operations across Italy and Spain.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Italian and Spanish labor laws.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD's global vision.
  • Compliance & Benefits: Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Italian labor law (Statuto dei Lavoratori, CCNL) and Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores), as well as applicable EU labor directives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
  • Culture Building: Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to strengthen JD's work culture.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, with a background in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume distribution centers preferred.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate a global corporate structure.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including operational challenges and frontline talent needs in the Southern European market.
  • Core Competencies: Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Legal Expertise: Familiarity with Italian labor laws (CCNL frameworks, Statuto dei Lavoratori) and Spanish employment regulations (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, convenios colectivos), as well as relevant EU labor directives.
