Giorgio Armani is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support HR Administration, Health & Safety, and Talent Acquisition within a luxury retail group. The role involves payroll assistance, employee documentation, onboarding, and coordinating hiring activities across international platforms.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, HR experience, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills; a work permit for Spain is required.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Labour relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or HR support role.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in retail and working in an international company.
• Valid work permit and right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR Administration processes across employee lifecycle (hiring, terminations, contracts).
• Assist payroll processes by reviewing payroll-related information and records.
• Maintain confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
• Publish job vacancies and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Assist onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
