Barcelona Supercomputing Center in Barcelona seeks an Education & Training Officer (Maternity leave) to coordinate HPC education activities across national and European projects. You will design training materials, organise events, and liaise with partners, universities and industry while promoting inclusive, high‑quality training.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent, strong English, and proven experience in training organisation; a collaborative, multicultural mindset is essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical field is required.
• Proven ability to organise and deliver training activities.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Experience with international projects is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Play an active role in coordinated HPC education and training initiatives with national and European partners.
• Facilitate contact and communications with participants, speakers, training providers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation professionally and on time.
• Coordinate and support meetings, training events, seminars and activities for different audiences.
• Support the design and implementation of the BSC training program in projects.
• Provide broader administrative support for the team and BSC as needed.
• Organise training activities in all related aspects.
