Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager based in Barcelona to grow and optimize hotel supply across Spain. You will manage hotels, refine tiering, optimize discounts and availability, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

You will build long-lasting relationships with hosts and strategic partners, travel across Spain every 4–6 weeks, and bring data-driven insights to product and policy. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages welcome.
• Based in Barcelona; willing to travel across Spain.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotels in Spain and optimize setup with discounts and availability.
• Build and expand partner relationships to exceed quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular reviews with hosts and cross-functional teams.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources.
