Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or hotel management or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial modeling, market analysis and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling including NPV and IRR for development projects.
• Analyze market feasibility and competitive sets for hotel opportunities.
• Draft capital approval papers for executive committees as needed.
• Develop pro forma P&L statements using internal data and external benchmarks.
• Conduct market/industry research and share actionable insights.
• Support ad hoc investment analysis across finance projects.
