Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Spain is seeking a Finance Analyst to support reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting within the Financial Control team.

You will work with Operations, Product and Finance to ensure timely, accurate information, while maintaining documentation and internal controls. The role supports a hybrid working arrangement with emphasis on data accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of finance, accounting or reconciliations experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of financial accounts through review and reconciliation.
• Analyze funding, billing and forecast variances.
• Document processes and support internal controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Finance to deliver reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
