Job summary

Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a senior Construction/Project Manager to lead hotel construction, renovations and expansions from feasibility through handover. You will drive schedules, budgets, and safety standards while coordinating with structural, MEP, Civil, and procurement teams.

Strong leadership and a track record in hospitality projects are essential. Fluency in English and Greek is required, with a proven ability to manage complex programs and stakeholder expectations in a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 12+ years of experience in project/construction management for hotel or hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction strategies for hotel projects and renovations.
• Monitor KPIs for schedule, budget, quality and safety across the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve schedules, budgets and resource plans with Central Services.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, Civil, Architectural, Interior and procurement teams.
• Ensure minimal disruption during renovations or openings with Operations and Safety teams.
• Lead and mentor construction managers and site teams, manage contracts and vendors.
