Sani/Ikos Group in Madrid is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer to lead design coordination for hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities include managing technical oversight, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. A competitive remuneration package, private health insurance, and flexible working model are offered.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Civil and Structural design coordination within hospitality or complex development projects.
• Experience supporting projects through schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction phases.
• Fluent in English; Greek and/or Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review and technical oversight of all Civil and Structural systems across hospitality projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary integration including Architecture, MEP, and Landscape.
• Manage external consultants and ensure compliance with project objectives.
