Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking an IT Intern to support daily technical tasks and projects within the IT department. You will gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software, maintaining systems, and assisting network operations.

You'll learn IT infrastructure, user support, and technology solutions that keep the resort running smoothly. This paid seasonal internship offers training opportunities and exposure to luxury hospitality technology.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new IT skills.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Minimum duration of 6 months.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and availability of critical systems, including PMS, call accounting, HSIA, PABX, and POS systems.
• Collaborate in creating, updating, and maintaining IT user procedures and documentation.
• Assist in system administration tasks: managing user and group accounts, configuring access permissions, and resolving login issues.
• Provide technical support for hardware usage and help users become familiar with it.
• Monitor server performance, perform OS updates, and troubleshoot technical failures.
• Work closely with the IT team to follow Four Seasons' standards and procedures.
