Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optics, Physics, Electronics, or similar.
• High level of Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Global homologation of lighting and light-signalling devices per ECE, FMVSS108/CMVSS108, AIS, Taiwan, CCC, Korea.
• Automotive Lighting and light-signalling laboratory testing.
• Vehicle approval testing for lighting and light-signalling and indirect vision systems.
• Performing technical reports and verifying documentation for approvals.
• Study and development of International Standards.

Job Description

We are looking for an Optical Engineer to join our Homologation Passenger Car Department. As part of the homologation team, you will be responsible for the approval of different projects regarding homologation of components (lighting).

Some of the main activities of this role include:

• Global homologation of ligthing and light-signalling devices: ECE Regulations, FMVSS108/CMVSS108 (USA/Canada), AIS (INDIA), Taiwan, CCC China, Korea.
• Automotive Lighting and light-signalling laboratory testing.
• Vehicle approval testing for lighting and light-signalling and indirect vision systems.
• Performing technical reports.
• Verifying technical and administrative documentation for approvals.
• Study and development of International Standards.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optics, Physics, Electronics, or similar.

Languages:
High level of Spanish and English.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
