Siemens Energy in the Madrid area is seeking a project leader to run high‑impact HV transmission projects (1 kV–400 kV). You will drive predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits and upgrades, while ensuring installation and commissioning for substations, breakers, GIS, transformers, and more.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams and be prepared to travel internationally to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.

Formación

• Strong project management knowledge and ability to lead HV projects.
• Experience with high-voltage equipment and substations.
• Background in work management within the electrical sector, especially outages.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce and SAP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate service opportunities early to set up project success.
• Support sales during contract negotiations to meet client needs.
• Prepare offers and develop technical solutions for project success.
• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee contract management and coordinate on-site work.
• Manage Field Service resources to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, factory, HSE, procurement and logistics.
