Siemens is seeking a Project Manager in Madrid for a permanent role to lead small to medium projects, serving as the primary liaison between factories and customers and ensuring delivery from start to finish.

The position requires a degree in Electrical, Energy or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of project management experience, a PM certification, fluency in Spanish and English, willingness to travel, and experience with medium/low voltage switchgear, protection and automation.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Energy or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Project Management certification.
• Experience with medium/low voltage switchgear, protection and automation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Calm, collaborative; able to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions using root cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project economics, time, scope alignment and customer satisfaction results.
• Analyze technical and contractual information and negotiate clarifications with the customer.
• Control and influence the execution of the schedule across design, procurement, production, testing, shipping and commissioning.
• Coordinate document flow with the customer and track status.
• Perform risk analysis, non-conformance costs and changes; coordinate mitigations.
• Maintain constant communication with the customer on issues and status.
• Arrange meetings or factory visits for reviews, inspections and commissioning.
