Ria Money Transfer is hiring for a customer-facing retail role in Torremolinos, Spain. You will handle money transfers, currency transactions, and related services in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include verifying customer information, assisting with inquiries, balancing cash, and maintaining knowledge of product offerings and policies. A valid work permit is required.

Formación

• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers face to face to process money transfers, money orders, foreign currency transactions and other services.
• Verify customer information in our systems and balance cash at the end of the shift.
• Assist customers with inquiries, service cancellations or locating Ria locations.
• Identify problems during inquiries and escalate to management when needed.
• Stay up to date with Ria products, services and policies.

What You Will Do On Daily Basis

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency;


• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems;


• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations;


• Recognise problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or elevate to the management team;


• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services and policies;


• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;


• Prepare your daily transactions record;


• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.

What We Will Look For You To Have

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends;


• Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel;


• Cash handling experience is highly preferred;


• Strong customer service skills;


• A valid work permit is a must.
