Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking two qualified 1st Class Machinery Operators to join building and earthmoving projects in Ses Salines. This full-time role offers daytime hours and long-term employment on the island with a permanent contract.

Requirements include at least 24 months of proven experience operating heavy machinery, trenching, site clearance and terrain leveling. A valid track record on active job sites and a practical, safety‑m first attitude are essential.

• Operate heavy machinery safely, precisely, and responsively at all times.
• Coordinate basic machine handling to maintain a smooth workflow on site.

A construction firm (Empresa construcció) is currently looking for two qualified 1st Class Machinery Operators to join their building and earthmoving projects in Ses Salines. Responsibilities

• Executing excavation tasks, including digging trenches and channels according to site plans.
• Leveling and grading soil and terrain accurately to prepare foundations and working surfaces.
• Clearing construction sites and removing debris, earth, and surplus materials using heavy machinery.
• Operating heavy construction equipment in a safe, controlled, and precise manner at all times.
• Coordinating basic machine handling to ensure smooth, efficient workflow on the building site.

Requirements and Criteria

• A minimum of 24 months (2 years) of proven working experience as a heavy machinery operator in construction or earthmoving.
• Demonstrated capability in carrying out trench excavations, site clearance, and terrain leveling.
• Responsible, safety-oriented, and reliable approach to active job sites.
• No specific academic qualification or formal diploma is required; your practical competence and field experience are what matter most.

Benefits and Conditions

• Permanent employment contract (indefinido) with long-term perspective.
• Gross annual salary of 28,000 EUR (with prorated extra payments included).
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.
