Fusteria - Carpintería in Mallorca is seeking a qualified Second-Class Carpenter to join their workshop team on a permanent basis. You will take charge of manufacturing wooden components from initial plans to final products and work a 07:00–15:00 schedule, with an early morning shift that frees afternoons.

The role requires a solid technical foundation, at least 12 months in carpentry or CNC woodworking, and proficiency with AutoCAD.

Are you an experienced carpenter looking for a reliable, full-time position in Mallorca? A local carpentry workshop based in Binissalem is currently looking for a qualified Second-Class Carpenter to join their workshop team on a permanent basis. If you have solid hands-on craftsmanship, experience with modern CNC machinery, and value a stable work environment in central Mallorca, this opportunity is ideal for you.

In this role, you will take charge of manufacturing and processing wooden components from initial technical plans through to the final product. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting technical blueprints and work specifications accurately
• Preparing, cutting, and machining wooden pieces using CNC machinery
• Utilizing AutoCAD software for technical drawing analysis and preparation
• Conducting thorough quality control on processed pieces and finished woodwork
• Carrying out routine and basic maintenance of workshop machinery and tools

To qualify for this position, you should bring a solid technical foundation and relevant practical experience in woodworking. You will need:

• An intermediate vocational training qualification (Ciclo Formativo de FP de Grado Medio) in carpentry, wood manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
• At least 12 months of proven professional experience in carpentry or CNC woodworking
• Solid computer skills, including the practical use of AutoCAD
• A valid Class B driving licence

The employer offers an indefinite, permanent contract starting on September 15, 2026. You will work a standard full-time schedule from 07:00 to 15:00, providing an early morning shift that leaves your afternoons free. The gross annual compensation is 20,977.93 EUR established in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, calculated based on days worked.
