A well-established local construction company is looking for a First-Class Construction Mason to join their active team in Pollença. In this position, you will work primarily on building sites located around Port de Pollença, with occasional opportunities to work on construction projects across other parts of Mallorca. As a qualified first-class mason, you will play a crucial role in taking projects from structural work through to fine finishing details. Your main daily responsibilities will include:

• Building and raising structural walls with precision
• Handling concreting work and laying solid foundations
• Carrying out professional floor tiling and wall tiling
• Performing general stonemasonry work and essential on-site tasks required for project completion
• Working efficiently alongside the construction team to meet project milestones

To qualify for this role, you should have practical experience in general construction and stone masonry, alongside the necessary personal transport to reach various work sites. The requirements for this position are:

• A minimum of 12 months of documented experience in construction or masonry work
• Primary school completion certificate
• Basic command of Spanish (at least A1 level)
• Your own reliable vehicle or transportation to travel directly to construction sites in Pollença and across Mallorca

You will receive a permanent full-time employment contract with a scheduled start date of June 1, 2026. The position offers a fixed work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent routine without weekend work. The compensation is a gross annual salary of €26,067.47 based on the standard industry collective agreement, which already includes your extra annual pay bonuses.
